E-mail, documents and spreadsheets will be with us for a long time, despite all the modern optimisation tools. Few businesses can manage without an office suite. In this area, Microsoft was, is and will remain the best, in my opinion. With Google, Microsoft has got a competitor, and that's a good thing. I don't see what Google can do better than Microsoft, except maybe read your data.
